1 × AIP50 Dry Ice Pelletizer

• Production capacity: 88–110 lb/hr (40–50 kg/hr), depending on operating conditions.
• Input: liquid carbon dioxide (LCO₂) supplied separately.
• Included pellet molds: 3 mm (1/8 in) and 16 mm (5/8 in).
• Optional mold: 19 mm (3/4 in), sold separately.
• Electrical requirements: three-phase power; voltage and frequency are configured to your facility's requirements.
• Controls: PLC-operated production with movable industrial construction.

1 × ICE135 Insulated Dry Ice Storage Box

• Internal volume: 135 L (35.7 gal).
• Approximate dry ice capacity: 220 lb (100 kg).
• Insulation: approximately 2.8 in (70 mm) high-density polyurethane foam to help reduce heat transfer and dry ice loss during storage.
• Handling: insulated lid, stainless steel latches, silicone gasket, and swivel casters with brakes.

Why Pair AIP50 with ICE135?

The AIP50 produces up to 40–50 kg of dry ice per hour, while the ICE135 holds approximately 100 kg. At the pelletizer's rated production rate, that is approximately 2–2.5 hours of output capacity in a single storage container. Actual results depend on operating conditions, pellet size, fill level, and sublimation.

Use the AIP50 to make dry ice when needed, and the ICE135 to support batch handling and short-term storage for dry ice blasting operations, industrial cooling, and suitable logistics or processing applications. The storage box is not a refrigerated unit; dry ice naturally sublimates over time.

Before You Order: Confirm Your Setup

• Liquid CO₂ supply required: a liquid-withdrawal CO₂ Dewar/tank of 50 gal (175 L) or larger is recommended.
• Three-phase electricity required: confirm your facility's voltage and frequency before production; common configurable specifications include 208V/60Hz, 220–230V/50Hz, and 380V/50Hz.
• Dry ice handling: operate and store dry ice only in appropriately ventilated environments, with suitable protective equipment and CO₂ safety procedures.
• Not included: liquid CO₂, CO₂ Dewar/tank, dry ice blasting machine, electrical installation, and optional 19 mm mold.

Important: AIP50 is a dry ice production machine, not a dry ice blasting/cleaning machine.

Shipping & Delivery

This bundle follows the AIP50 fulfillment schedule. The AIP50 is configured for your local three-phase power requirements. U.S. warehouse stock for AIP50 is currently unavailable; fulfillment is arranged from China.

• Production: typically 5–7 days after electrical configuration is confirmed.
• Worldwide sea transit: typically 20–25 business days after dispatch.
• Shipping terms: DDP door-to-door where confirmed for the specific order; final destination, freight arrangements, and delivery schedule are confirmed before fulfillment.
• Bundle delivery: we will coordinate shipment of both components based on the AIP50 schedule; if separate consignments are required, we will confirm the arrangements.

Production and transit times are separate estimates, not a guaranteed arrival date. Any destination-specific freight charges will be confirmed before dispatch.

Warranty, Returns & Support

The AIP50 and ICE135 are each backed by their applicable manufacturer warranty terms. Customized AIP50 electrical configurations are final sale except for verified shipping damage, incorrect shipment, or manufacturing defects.
