Aiolith provides free standard shipping on all products to destinations we currently serve in North America, Europe, Australia, and Asia. Fulfillment location and delivery time vary by product.
1. Free Shipping Coverage
Free standard shipping is available on all Aiolith products to eligible destinations within:
- North America
- Europe
- Australia
- Asia
Shipping availability depends on the product, destination, and delivery address. For destinations outside these regions, please contact sales@aiolith.com before placing your order.
2. Fulfillment Methods and Estimated Delivery Times
Products Shipped from U.S. Warehouses
In-stock products available at our U.S. warehouses are typically delivered within 3–7 business days.
U.S. warehouse availability varies by product and may change based on current inventory.
Customized Products Shipped from China
Customized, made-to-order, or factory-fulfilled products are shipped from China and are typically delivered within 16–22 business days after the order and customization details have been confirmed.
Because fulfillment arrangements vary by product, please review the shipping information shown on the individual product page. The applicable delivery estimate will also be confirmed during checkout or in your order confirmation.

4. Order Processing
Processing time varies depending on product availability and customization requirements.
For customized equipment, our team may contact you after the order is placed to confirm details such as voltage, plug type, machine configuration, or delivery information.
Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
5. Tracking and Shipping Protection
Orders are shipped with tracking and transportation protection. Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.
Large machines may be delivered by freight carrier in a crate or on a pallet. The carrier may contact you before delivery to confirm the delivery appointment.
6. Import Duties and Local Taxes
Free shipping refers to the standard transportation cost.
Import duties, VAT, GST, local taxes, customs clearance fees, or other government charges may apply to international orders unless the product page, checkout page, or written quotation specifically states that the shipment is DDP or that duties and taxes are included.
When duties and taxes are not expressly included, these charges are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by the destination country or local customs authority.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our direct control, including:

- Customs inspections or clearance
- Severe weather
- Public holidays
- Remote delivery locations
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery information
Aiolith will provide available tracking information and assist with carrier communication when necessary.
8. Inspecting Your Order
Please inspect the exterior packaging, pallet, or crate when your order arrives.
If you notice visible shipping damage:
- Take clear photos of the packaging and product.
- Ask the carrier to record the damage on the delivery receipt.
- Contact us as soon as possible at support@aiolith.com.
Please retain the original packaging until the issue has been reviewed.
