U.S. Customers
To ensure the fastest transit, we ship directly from our strategic hubs in California (CA) and New Jersey (NJ).

Global Customers
For our partners outside of North America, we fulfill orders directly from our main facility to ensure you receive the latest factory-certified inventory.
International Shipments (Outside the U.S.)

Returns
While we hope you love your Aiolith gear, if you do need to return an item for non-quality reasons, the return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

What to Do If There’s a Problem Upon Delivery

If the crate or box looks significantly damaged, you have the right to refuse the delivery.

If you discover any internal damage after opening the package:

Keep the Box
Please retain the original packaging for a short period, as it may be required for inspection purposes.
