The AIOLITH AI10 Micro dry ice blaster is a compact, dual-mode cleaning machine designed for electronics refurbishment, delicate components, and light contamination where control and lower compressed-air demand matter. Its 185W motor combines compact size with reliable dry ice feeding for precision cleaning applications.

An integrated ice-cutting system allows the machine to use standard 2.5–3 mm dry ice pellets and produce approximately 0.2 mm micro-particles for finer cleaning. Operators can switch between micro-particle cleaning and standard pellet blasting to match different surfaces and contamination levels.

Power Supply Notice: The AI10 machine operates at 220V. For use with a 110V / 60Hz power source, connect the machine only through the supplied voltage transformer. Do not connect the AI10 directly to a 110V outlet.

Two Dry Ice Blasting Modes in One Compact Machine

Dry ice sublimates after impact, leaving no secondary blasting media or wastewater behind.

Compressed-Air Requirements

Important: Select the compressor by sustained CFM and PSI rather than tank size alone. A 5.5 kW compressor is recommended for typical operation, while a compressor up to 7.5 kW can also be used where higher airflow capacity is required. A screw compressor is preferred for longer continuous cleaning, but a suitable piston compressor can also be used if it can maintain the required airflow and pressure. A separate refrigerated air dryer is not normally required for the AI10. Use clean compressed air and avoid excessive oil or liquid water in the air line. The air compressor and dry ice are not included.

Choose AI10 Micro for Precision Cleaning

Choose the AI10 Micro when the priority is electronics refurbishment, device cleaning, detailed components, or lower compressed-air demand.

For automotive detailing, mold cleaning, and routine industrial maintenance, the AI30 is usually the better fit. For heavy rust, paint, coatings, foundry cleaning, or high-output industrial work, choose the AI50.

Application Note: Phone models, coatings, electronics, adhesives, and substrates vary. Have a trained operator validate the cleaning process on a representative sample before production use. Use appropriate grounding and ESD controls when cleaning exposed electronic assemblies.
