Complete Industrial Dry Ice Blasting System for AI50
This AIOLITH package combines the AI50 Industrial Dry Ice Blaster with a custom 30 kW / 40 HP 4-in-1 rotary screw air compressor system.
In the standard 8 bar reference configuration, the compressor provides 5.0 m³/min F.A.D. (approximately 177 CFM). This meets the AI50 minimum airflow requirement of 175 CFM, but it is below the 200–400 CFM recommended range for stronger and more stable continuous industrial blasting. If your application requires sustained high output, confirm a higher-airflow compressor configuration before ordering.
The compressor package integrates the rotary screw compressor, air tank, refrigerated air dryer, and filtration system into one compressed-air solution.
Why This System
- Meets AI50 Minimum Airflow: approximately 177 CFM at the standard 8 bar reference point, compared with the AI50 175 CFM minimum.

Industrial Applications
