AF-Series Floor Scrubber Key Switch Assembly

This key switch is a direct replacement part for your floor scrubber, designed to control machine power safely and reliably. It ensures secure startup and prevents unauthorized use of the machine.

1. Why Replace Your Key Switch?

• Worn Contacts
  Internal electrical components can wear out, leading to intermittent power or total starting failure.

• Physical Damage
  Snapped keys or a loose housing can make the machine difficult or unsafe to operate.

2. Important Notes

• Always disconnect the machine's battery before starting the replacement process.
• Tighten screws securely, but avoid over-tightening to prevent stripping the threads.

3. Installation Guide

1. Remove Panel

Unscrew the four corner screws on the control panel to access the wiring.

2. Loosen Base

Locate the back of the key switch and slightly loosen the two side screws on the mounting base.

Do not remove the screws completely.

3. Twist & Detach

Give the switch base a counter-clockwise twist to unlock it from the panel, then pull the old unit out.

4. Install New Switch

Insert the new key switch into the panel hole. Align the base and twist it clockwise to lock it in place.

5. Secure & Test

Tighten the two side screws on the base to secure the fit, then re-fasten the four panel screws.

Reconnect power and test your new switch.
