When to Replace the Assembly
Replace individual blades when only the rubber is worn. Replace the complete assembly when the frame, wheels, adjustment hardware, mounting connection, or blade retainers are damaged, bent, missing, or can no longer be adjusted for even contact.
Before Ordering
If the machine leaves water behind, first clean the blades, recovery tank, float shutoff, suction hose, and vacuum path, then check blade adjustment. Replacing the assembly will not correct a blocked suction path or vacuum-system fault.
Installation
Turn off the machine and disconnect it from its power source. Remove the suction hose and existing squeegee assembly, install the replacement at the mounting point, reconnect the hose, and adjust for even blade contact. Test on a small wet area before returning the machine to service.
