- 5 × 20-inch red floor pads — medium-duty pads for routine hard-floor cleaning.
- Front and rear squeegee blades — replace worn rubber to restore consistent water pickup.
When to Replace Each Part
- Floor pads: replace when thin, glazed, uneven, heavily soiled, or no longer cleaning consistently.
- Scrub brush: replace when bristles are shortened, bent, missing, or provide uneven agitation.
- Pad driver: replace when pads slip, move off-center, or the gripping or mounting surfaces are damaged.
- Squeegee blades: clean and adjust first; replace when cuts, cracks, deformation, or uneven wear continue causing water lines.
Replacement timing depends on floor type, cleaning hours, chemicals, operator technique, and maintenance. Inspect by condition rather than replacing every component on the same calendar schedule.
