1. Warranty Coverage

Aiolith warrants that your machine is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal commercial use and proper maintenance, as outlined in the User Manual.

Warranty begins on the original purchase date and applies to the original purchaser.

3. What Is Not Covered

To ensure fairness and transparency, warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Accidents or impact damage
  • Improper operation outside intended applications
  • Unauthorized modification or repair
  • Improper chemical use
  • Failure to perform routine maintenance
  • Long-term battery storage without charging
  • Extreme environmental exposure

We are always willing to help diagnose and advise, even in cases not covered by warranty.

If the issue is confirmed as a manufacturing defect within warranty:

  • Replacement parts will be provided at no cost
  • Remote technical guidance will be offered

6. Operator Responsibility

Proper operation, scheduled maintenance, correct chemical usage, and appropriate battery charging practices are essential for long-term performance.
