Aiolith is committed to delivering high-performance industrial cleaning solutions. To ensure professional handling of equipment and fair asset valuation, we operate under the following policy:
1. Delivery & Quality Claims
- Inspection Window: Due to the technical nature of industrial machinery, please inspect your unit within 15 days of arrival. Any shipping damage or functional discrepancies reported within this window will be resolved by Aiolith at no cost to the customer.
- 30-Day Guarantee: We offer a 30-day window for returns due to manufacturing defects, verified by the Aiolith technical team.
2. General Return Provisions (Non-Defective)
Aiolith accepts return requests for non-quality reasons under these strict conditions:
- Restocking & Depreciation Fees: * Unused/Unopened Equipment: A 5% administrative and restocking fee will be deducted.
Used Equipment: Once commissioned, industrial assets undergo immediate depreciation. A fee of 20% to 45% will be applied based on operational hours, cosmetic wear, and refurbishing requirements.
- Non-Returnable Items: Custom configurations (e.g., voltage modifications), refurbished units, and consumables (nozzles, brushes, filters) are final sale.
3. Equipment Decommissioning Protocol
To comply with global shipping safety regulations, the following steps are mandatory before return:
- Fluid Evacuation: All tanks and lines in scrubbers must be fully drained and dried.
- Hopper Clearing: Dry ice blasters must be completely emptied of pellets and depressurized.
- Visual Verification: Customers must provide photos/videos of the machine before sealing the crate. Aiolith is not responsible for damages caused by residual fluids or improper securing during return transit.
4. Processing & Settlement
- RMA Request: Contact [email protected] to initiate a Return Merchandise Authorization.
- Technical Evaluation: Upon arrival, our engineers will conduct a full functional audit within 5 business days.
- Final Credit: The net refund (minus applicable fees) will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days following the audit.
