  • U.S. Customers: To ensure the fastest transit, we ship directly from our strategic hubs in California (CA) and New Jersey (NJ). Expect your equipment at your doorstep within 3-7 business days.

Note: We currently serve the contiguous United States. For Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories, please contact us for a custom shipping quote.

  • Global Customers: For our partners outside of North America, we fulfill orders directly from our main facility to ensure you receive the latest factory-certified inventory.

2. Shipping Costs & Transparency

  • Complimentary Shipping: We are pleased to offer Free Shipping on all full-size cleaning equipment orders.
  • Spare Parts: To keep your machines running at peak performance, spare parts are shipped via standard ground service. Minor shipping fees may apply to these smaller components.
  • Returns: While we hope you love your Aiolith gear, if you do need to return an item for non-quality reasons, the return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. (Refund policy)

What to do if there’s a problem upon delivery:
