Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Your order enjoys free shipping. Orders are typically shipped within 48 hours after payment is completed. If payment is completed before 6:00 PM and the order is not modified or cancelled, same day shipping is available.
How long does delivery take?
U.S. orders are delivered in 3-7 business days to the 48 contiguous states.

No shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, or U.S. territories.

Other regions ship directly from our factory.

Do you offer returns?
Yes. We provide a 30 day return policy for items with quality issues.
Who covers the return shipping cost?
For quality related issues. We provide a return shipping label and you will not be charged.
